The next day the local paper headline read: BISHOP SCRATCHES PASTOR'S ASS.

This was too much for the bishop. So he ordered the pastor to get rid of the donkey. So the pastor decided to give it to a nun.

The bishop fainted. He informed the nun that she would have to get rid of the donkey. So she sold it to a farmer for $10.

The next day the paper read: NUN SELLS ASS FOR $10

HAHA oh my gawd! thank you soooooooooooo much julie and family for the unforgettable sweetest sixteen ever! hahahahahha yes julie! im going to tell everyone about how i almost... ALMOST spoilt everything for you and for myself! AHAHAH
firstly.. in the morning i aksed julie whut time she wants to go out. then she replied 4.. and i was like HUH how come so late! and whether i could go over first cuz my daddy couldnt send me and her dad was sending her.. to great world city that is. AHHA then then she was like UH! cuz she had prepared this surprise thingy for me.. and she had to get ready for it first. so anyway i went over to her house and interrupted her writing the card to me -_-" then when we were ready to go, i was wondering how come she brought a bag.. cuz she just normally brings her wallet. so i was like how come you're bringing a bag?? and she was like " o_o uh! ...... it looks cool dontcha think?" and i was like o_O shen jing bing HAHAHAHHAHA anyways then we went to great world.. and walked around. finally we went to eat dinner at the sushi place :) and and the waitress who we both like and she likes us... gave me a small bouquet of flowers! FLOWERS! I LOVE FLOWERS! anyways then another of the nice waitresses who recently became manager.. came with free food. AHHAHA and julie and i were SOOO SUPER stuffed that we couldnt finish some stuff. so anyway.. after finishing, we were like URGHS lets sit here for a while. after like a minue or so.. i noticed that there were people waiting for the table, so like i said lets go.. and julie was like nononono lets sit here for a while more! and i was like nono lets go and was wondering why she's being so damn stubborn! HAHAHA then i decided to get the cake by myself.. as in cuz we missed the birthday of the nice waitresses so we decided to get a cake for them. then i was like ok u sit there and wait and i'll go get the cake. so she said ok. when i came back with the cake, the waitress came with 3 pieces of chocolate cake from bread talk.. i was like thankew so much! and was about to ask like how come they went to BREADTALK to get cake instead of like giving me cake from the restaurant itself? so i was about to ask and then julie said... "by the way.. that's from me...." and i was like HUH! HAHAHAHHA oh man thankew julie! you're the BEST! and she got me the cutey little bouncy ball thingies from action city! and the waterproof radio so that i can listen to music in the shower now! hahah like i do at her house :P aaaaaaaaah thankew so so so so so so so so so much julie! and leo for the nice chocolate eggs! ahhahah and i got the CUTEST birthday cake EVER! i wanted the small mushroom cake from this place in taka.... friday 10th june 2005: dislocated my ankle while doing handspring -_-" in henry park during my floor routine.

saturday 11th june 2005: had to go for training.. (if not teo and lao shi will scold) lao shi made me do jumps on the BEAM. almost killed my ankle.. and WANTED ME TO DO FLIP THERE TOO!!!!! (crazy...) of course i protested like crazy. went to sinseh in the evening and he rubbed my ankle! he said the fatal words: fang song! and pulled it sharply! crack.. it went back into place... *ouch????* then had this REALLY hot leg bath thingo with some brown chinese medicine inside -_-" went home with leg in a huge bandage. *looked like a bloody sock =]* (according to my genious friend: "wow.. since when did u start wearing leg warmers??" >.<)

sunday 12th june 2005: took off bandage and saw the enormous blue black at my ankle! *oh nooooo!!!*

monday 13th june 2005: coaches attempted to murder me by asking me to do 360 on the floor. (almost landed flat on my face). Then i told them very pain. so he said okay. pain then go do handspring front. died too.. obviously. haha. then went to BEAM. the LOVE of my life.. ahem ahem.. so.. couldnt jump.. hardly could walk properly. lao shi said. "jian chi ba! zui shaoyao zuo yi ge tao!" (persevere! at least must do one routine.) so i did. and did flip too. and whacked my leg on the beam. *ouch?* went home to find my daddy lecturing me about why i should quit gym. diao....

tuesday 14th june 2005: AH.. at last.. a rest day :) rested the whole day long! lalala.. felt slightly better but still couldnt walk properly yet.

wednesday 15th june 2005 (today): ahhhhh... back to training :( saw nabilah and nazyra theyall training at bishan too... gawd i feel so... zi bei! darn it.. im so lousy! never mind.. thats not the point. the point is........ i was made to do vault. which seriously killed my ankle. altho i didnt say much today.. was kinda scared of teo haish.. so.. did vault... then went to floor -__- diao.. okay.. did like 3 360s?? not good at all.. then did handspring front. whoa.. teo suddenly didnt support and i got the shock of my life... i landed tho.. but there was this sharp pain in my ankle. then... went to beam. thank god that lao shi only asked me to do mount. i found a good spring board and then did a few nice ones.. oh.. and i did some bars with noe too! bars is quite fun! when there's no pressure (and u can play like a monkey) lalalala!

sighs.. i lead a pretty boring and injury filled life rite? noooooooooooooo noooooooooooooooooo... hahahahhahah! nyah nyah..

hai hai... sprained my ankle doing beam xia fa... was still twisting when it got stuck in the pit in between sponges then just... twisted it.. haha..its in a bandage now.. with smelly chinese medicine slopped on it =S hahaha.. went to my sinseh.. pain sia... it was kinda swollen.. but the injury wasnt that bad.. i guess cuz of my old injury la... (same leg that had a chipped ankle bone) then he went to rub and rub and then got blue black come out.... -_-" ?? then he used this heating thing to heat my ankle.. ok fine... warm it.. then the blue black went away ?? hahahhahaha.. duno la... the intricate skills to sinseh-ness... :D haha.. soso... i asked him to check on my knees too... and he checked the left one and said it was ok.. (heng) then checked the right one... and said it was swollen inside again :( haiz.. so he rubbed sumore and said the knee cap was being rubbed........ dotz... then he said rest a while and he gave me something to eat... glucosamine or something... to help my knee.. hahah... the tablet is FRIGGIN big!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! like....... my throat's gonna get inflamed for being scratched! HAHAHHAHA jk jk... haish haish... I DONT WANNA GO SCH TML!!!!!! damn damn damn.. and linghan refuses to amuse me!!! hahahahhaha! nyah nyah... anyways anyways... sighz... gonna do conditioning for the next few trainings :( hahahhaha... but at least i get to do bars? hahahahha... so much for dao cha on the beam... im so scared of it now! i whacked my thigh so many times!! bleagh... and my vault is TOTALLY screwed up! and my jumps on floor are going wai all the time now... OMG!!! SA week is almost here!!!!!!!! shit havent like started studying much... HEEEEEEELLPP!! my chem and physics are like kinda ... ... and my bio is not say good and my maths... la deeeeeeee dum!!! sorry kiat!!! i know i long time never come online already la.. hahaha... but i online now! and ur not :P hahhahahahhaa... whu ask u.. anyways.. snowman and i had a nice time during flag day.. we stood in front of YMCA and got alot of money from tourists :) hahah.. this hong kong guy so nice! he donated $50 can?! and its like.... i dunno... he's damn rich or something la... cuz this woman later came up to him and his friend and said "er xian sheng. ni de che lai le" (ermm mister... ur car is here) like wow can?? hahahahhahahha... hey snowman!! World War 2!! hahahahhahahhaha... WhooT WheeZe and OuiS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahahhahahahhahahahahhaha... we "travelled around the world" meeting so many different tourists... and yannie and fiona went on a "heritage tour" hahahahhhaha.. they went to esplanade, singapore river, a taxi stand (my idea) and some other places la.. hahahahha.. oh yeah! we met this two really friendly american ladies.. hahaha.. they're so funnnnnny!!!! its like... i was like "hi would u like to donate?" and then the older one was like "OH SURE!" and then the younger one put in $2 into snowman's bag and then the older one dug out one HUGE handful of coins and was like "i dunno which one is singaporean..." (in a damn heavy accent la) and then she started digging thru the handful... then the younger one said "come let me help u" and then the older one said "hey can u stop that? *grinz at us and sneers at the younger one*" hahahhahahahahhahah!! then she gave up and just gave me the whole pile... and the younger one also dug out all her coins.. (which were coincidentally all singapore coins..) and poured them into xue jun's hands.. hahahahhahaha!! and i was like errrrrrrrrrrr... cuz only ONE coin... ONE FIFTY CENT COIN in that WHOLE pile was singaporean.. diao... so i didnt know wad to do with the rest.. hahahahhaa.... anyways... after we got that 50 bucks from that nice guy... we were so happy, the two of us laffed our way to plaza sing.. hahahhaha... and this sec 4 RG girl we met there also said she got wad... 2 ren ming bi.. HAHA! anyway! today i sooooooo didnt wanna go for training can!? its like.. was so tired after a long day! and then summore that teacher kept us back for like 10 mins jsut because some ppl were late for RS can?! argh.. i was super early!!!! haha.. never mind.. then then.. at training that time.. had to show the sec ones some stuff that they were supposed to do.. so didnt really get proper warm up.. so so a bit he stiff oni la.. haha.. then then.. my knees were quite pain from sitting down in the hall for so long.. so was my lower back (the injury's still there sniffs).. so was kinda pissed at first for like being forced to go training la.. but then after a while of being tired i was like a bit the desperate so i started being my old crazy self and laffing till i had like a tmmy ache kinda thing.. hahahah... then teo asked us to do floor URGH! floor can?! its like s tired already still gotta do floor... then then did the normal stuff i cant do anymore.. zhi ti then 360.. then after doing a few one was damn good! so i didnt do anymore.. haha (later spoil it mah) hahhaaha.. *spastic logic* but anyways.. i found out why i cant do it! hahaha... because mr teo keeps watching! urghs.. i did that nice nice one when he walked away! hahhahaha... the rest was he was like sitting there watching wan. hahah.. anyways.. then then.. we did bars.. lousy bars.. i keep slipping off.. dunno why.. hai.. must get the momentum :P then we were doing just swings then suddenly felt this super nice warm feeling on my left palm.. like the skin was smooth and how to say ah.. not stretched?? hahahahha.. so it shocked me and i quickly came down.. and found out the skin got torn off and there was blood.. wasnt pain then la.. just a bit surprising.. so i slowly went down to the toilet to wash it.. and on the way down.. the blood started dripping from my wound to my wrist there.. hahaha... damn fun.. then in the toilet i ran it under the water.. and it was DAMN pain.... then i decided that the pain couldnt get any worse than that.. so i ripped off the skin.. haha.. as in it was still attached to my hand :) hahahaha... ah wells... wasnt pain la.. but when i got home to bathe i almost screamed when it hit the water.. damn it was pain.. haha.. but now its fine la..hahahha.. eeks.. tomorrw got PE... the sucky pe.. bleargh.. i shall just say hi ms tan.. i cant take pe.. look at my hand! hahahha.. jk jk.. aiyah.. shall REN3! grrrrrrr... :P

haha.. havent posted for a while... 3 days to be exact :P haha... well.. things are fine... except for the fact that i can hardly walk >.< ahahha... due to our siao training! audrey and i were the only ones there.. it was actually quite slack la... lao shi gave us apples to eat! haha.. after we warmed up and did our jumps and stuff... then we went to do our tiao bu on the beam :P wasnt that good la... kept falling off.. but it was ok... for a start :P ahah... then after slacking like crazy on the beam and laffing alot... we went to tell lao shi that we finished... so she gave us conditioning to do.. hahaha... audrey kept making me lafF!! stupid girl :P we were doing the bars thingy... the fu ji... then she was like laffing at me cuz i was like dying... and then she scrambled to her feet and was like "come i help u i help u" hahaha... ba ka... she didnt really die cuz she had help!!! hahahah :P k la k la.. i didnt realy die either :P haha.. ah wells... anyways... then after that we went to do pa dao li.. which is handstand walk.. 5 stretches up and down the yellow mat... (at the vault there) and almost died.. shoulders pain! hahaha... i felt so damn heavy! hahhaha... yeah yeah... im getting fatter i know :P then after that we went for drink... then came back and did the back conditioning... put two mats and leave a space between them and lie on them with ur shoulders and ankles touching the mats.. for 1 min each time.. then i thot it was ok la... SHE PUT 4 WEIGHTS ON US! and for the last set she pressed me down for like... 20 secs lor! i was sooooooo dying... crazy.. hahaha... then after that... we already were so tired and could barely walk straight... thighs a bit dying too... then she asked us to do 10 stretched of this funny thingy where u have to tighten ur bakc and kong one back leg and then slowly bend ur other leg fully and get up... on the beam! audrey fell off some times.. hahah.. i managed to grab the beam every time i almost fell off. hehx.. wah... by the time we did 4 stretches... our thighs were dying! hahah... then after the 10... our muscles were really shaking.. shivering.... its crazy lor... so she asked us to do the jiao wan li liang... the ankle stuff la... on the beam.. oh that wan was easy la.. nothing to complain abt... i bet ven audrey feels the same.. hahah... then she stretched us! both of us were screaming! hahahha.. (literally) hahhaa.. damn pain kay! and we both had to go back ourselves after training! couldnt walk properly.. aha... and audrey had to climb the "great wall of china" hahahah.. the overhead bridge... cuz our thighs were chao ji pain! ahhahhaa... ah wells... relax and recover soon! hahaha.. OH AND TO IVY AND DENISE... WE SAW UR MAT!! hahahhahaha... *PS have a tough training?! like... hai... went to alexander or alexadra or alexanda or wadeva hospital the other day for my back... hai... lower back really hurts when i arch... its better now la... after the nice long holiday... wasnt nice after all but yea... dont really like training now.. hai... its boring and monotonous... fell flat on my face today while doing tsuk... haiyo.... onto the crashmat in the sponge... hated today's vault... like hello la... i havent done anything for like 2 weeks and i just came back and they ask me to do tsuk onto a mat...
